The Center for Industrial Marketing Develops value statements using Management Workshops
BlackURBAN designs an exclusive clothing line for urban people. The young label strives for a strong market positioning by offering a compelling value proposition that will demonstrate the target customers the label’s uniqueness. In our management workshops we provided the company with the right set of tools and techniques to become highly competitive with a distinctive identity.
BlackURBAN was founded in 2014 by Mona Meier, a local Zurich designer, with the goal to provide high-end fashion for urban people. The challenge was to sharpen the value proposition and to use targeted communication measures to successfully establish the company in the market. BlackURBAN has, therefore, asked the Center for Industrial Marketing for support to develop a value statement for her target customers.
Together with selected experts from the textile industry, marketing and communications we have identified the needs of all stakeholders. With this we created the foundation to develop the value statement, the young brand’s value proposition. On this basis we put focus on the branding of the label. With the help of keywords, we created the brand’s DNA to deliver the value proposition in a way tailored to their needs. To this end, we examined the needs of their target customers during our management workshop form all angles.
We provided BlackURBAN with the right set of tools and techniques to differentiate itself promisingly in the market. With this the foundations for a successful market positioning was laid. The young fashion label is now able to stand out against its competitors with a unique and distinctive identity. In the course of an executive coaching we guide the fashion label through the process and are currently standing by its side to consult on any subject associated with marketing and distribution.
|The experts of the Center for Industrial Marketing helped me with structuring my visionary ideas and develop them professionally to reach market maturity. This fundamentally influenced the DNA of BlackURBAN.
