Through a combination of medical science, information technology and economics Priaid is developing intelligent solution for the medical sector. The price calculations for the internet based service require a highly complex pricing model. Priaid made use of our expertise in developing transaction-based settlement of services purchased online.
Priaid is a healthcare start-up that markets its services to large companies all over the world. The company offers a patient-friendly symptoms checker which helps the patient to quickly get in contact with a doctor nearby. This service is billed based on transactions over the internet. Priaid asked the Center for Industrial Marketing to develop an efficient and scalable pricing model.
Together with the responsible persons at priaid.ch we conducted management workshops during which we designed sales approaches for the internet platform and the services offered online. To that end, we supported the company also during projects to find an easier way to market its services. Furthermore, we designed a range of services that offers the possibility of an individual settlement customized to the various client’s needs. At the same time, we examined the usability in terms of navigation on its internet platform and showed the management options for optimization.
With the pricing model worked out by the Center for Industrial Marketing priaid.ch now has an instrument that allows a scalable calculation of the services offered online. This enables priaid.ch to adapt its range of services to the different needs of large healthcare providers and market its products accordingly.
