We cover all strategically relevant topics in business-to-business marketing that are of significance to our customers: from the strategic orientation in marketing and sales to the implementation of new business models, processes, organizational structures and technologies. We support nationally and internationally significant industrial and service companies and public institutions across all sectors in any requests concerning company management.
1st Step: To-Be alignment
Understanding the motivation and development objectives of our employers is the fundamental requirement for a successful collaboration. Besides interviews with managers and employees, practical working experience and supporting tools on the base of empirical knowledge allows a systematic and quick acquisition of the initial situation.
2nd Step: Conception
Based on the identification of fields of action, we develop customized solution concepts together with our clients. With our service catalogue, we focus on an interdisciplinary approach and use integrative models that consider the company’s development processes. Thanks to our partner, the Institute for Marketing at the University of St. Gallen, we are in a close interchange with science and hence are able to always include the latest findings from research into our solution finding.
3rd Step: Realization
Implementation, to us means to integrate the developed solution concepts into best practices within the corporate world. To ensure the expected success, it is of utmost importance to us to accompany our client during this active phase. On request, we can additionally be hired as interim managers or coaches to support the managers during this critical phase of process changes.
